Matthew Funderburk is a native Charlottean and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte who joined The Chambers Group in 2001. Matt has successfully assisted national retailers such as Porter Paint, Goodyear Tire, Hardee’s, Ace Hardware, The Vitamin Shoppe, Napa Auto Parts, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Primrose Schools with new store site selection and has helped many local and regional retailers expand their business into multi-location corporations. He is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, and a member of the ICSC and the X-Team.
