Carla Trepper

Carla Trepper is an Apex, NC native who has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2000.  She has experience working with her family’s commercial and residential development business as well as property management.  Carla graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management.

Prior to joining the Chambers Group, Carla concentrated on retail, office, and land commercial divisions throughout the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina.  She currently maintains a focus on Tenant representation and third party Landlord representation.

Carla is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and formerly served as a board member and Marketing Committee Leader.  She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina Chambers of Commerce and formerly served as President of the Townhomes of Avent Acres Homeowners Association.  In 2008, Carla was selected as a runner up of the ECU School of Business’ Most Promising Female Entrepreneur.
