Grier Godwin

Grier Godwin is a native of Raleigh and a graduate of  the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in psychology. After college, he worked for a local family office managing their real estate and retail investments in Raleigh and several other strategic markets across North Carolina. In this role he was actively involved with other public and private entities in the creation and branding of Glenwood South, Raleigh’s most vibrant entertainment district. Grier is a licensed broker in North Carolina. He worked with Raleigh-based PMC Inc from 2016-2019. At The Chambers Group, Grier will focus on retail and investment properties across North Carolina.

Grier is actively involved in the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, UNC Hospitals, and Meals on Wheels. In his free time, Grier enjoys attending live music venues, hiking, and being outdoors. He is an accomplished chef who enjoys preparing feasts for family and friends!
