Born in Waterloo, Iowa, Julie started working in sales at 16 years old, having been raised in a real estate sales family. Real estate naturally became a large part of her life and led her to The Chambers Group.

Julie spent 10 years overseeing operations and sales and service teams at Event Capture Systems, Inc. During her tenure, she worked alongside the business owners, building the company from a start-up of 5 employees to a successful team of 20.  She was involved with the day-to-day operations of accounting, human resources and played a significant role in the company’s overall growth of the company. Her expertise is in financial planning and management, risk assessment, goal setting, AR/AP, and running daily operations.

Bringing with her 10 years of experience overseeing operations and financial management, Julie joined the The Chambers Group in 2017.

As Chief Operating Officer, Julie is responsible for human resources, accounting, operational controls, and administrative services.  She works alongside both Jay Chambers (TCG Charlotte) and Jenn Olevitch-Roberson (TCG Raleigh) to ensure the long term growth and success of the team.   

In her free time, Julie enjoys running, spending time with her family and friends, and actively volunteering with her church.
