Palmico Investments Welcomes Asheville’s White Duck Taco and Genesis Family Dentistry to New Development

CHARLOTTE, NC – May 7th, 2018 – Pamlico Investments announces the signing of two tenants for the retail portion of their new development on the corner of 10th & Seigle in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte. The site will include 109K SF of self-storage and 7,495SF of ground floor retail, which is surrounded by covered patio. White Duck Taco out of Asheville and Genesis Family Dentistry, the office of Dr. Stacey Alston have signed leases for 1700 and 2900SF, respectively. Both tenants are targeting a Fall 2018 opening, with the self-storage component targeting a May 2018 opening. There is no lease signed on the prime corner retail space, which is 2,895SF with significant patio space. The Landlord is in talks with a couple of different groups but is waiting for the right deal and concept.
